EY-Parthenon is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager in Operational Turnaround Strategy to join its Paris office. This role involves guiding clients through operational performance issues, leading transformation plans, and implementing improvements to streamline operations and improve financial performance. The position focuses on quick wins and offers opportunities for growth within a global firm.
Requirements
- H/F, graduated from a business school or engineering school of high rank with a major in corporate finance
- 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in financial consulting or corporate consulting with a focus on finance
- Knowledge of corporate finance fundamentals (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow plan)
- Strong business sense and ability to reconcile financial and operational issues
- Analytical and synthetic skills
- Proactive and resourceful approach
- M mastery of French and good level in English
