Manager, Strategy and Innovation, EY Parthenon, Mauritius

Join EY Parthenon as a Manager, Strategy and Innovation, and lead and develop strategic projects for clients in Mauritius and the region. You will work with businesses to define and implement growth strategies while ensuring client satisfaction, quality deliverables, team development, and contributing to EY Parthenon’s business development.

Requirements

• Degree from a top business or engineering school, or equivalent in management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• 5-8 years of experience in consulting, ideally in finance, industry
• Experience managing business strategy development in the banking, capital markets, wealth management, asset management, corporate finance
• Experience managing M&A strategic diligence projects in complex environments, venture capital, investment banking, commercial banking
• Strong quantitative skills to supervise data analysis, interpret output and generate insights
• Ability to make detailed assessments of industry, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness and ability to travel, when necessary (approximately 25-50%)
