Job Description
EY is looking for a Manager, Supply Chain & Operations to join their growing team. The successful candidate will work on client projects, delivering high-value complex strategic sourcing projects and supporting clients to navigate supplier performance issues.
Requirements
- A minimum of five years procurement experience
- Track record of managing projects and internal initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills, with evidence of being able to draw out insights from a range of different data sources
- Ability to successfully work with and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels of organisation
- Experience managing diverse teams of people, including mentoring and coaching
- Ability to produce clear and concise reports that effectively communicate complex findings and recommendations
