Requirements
- Designing and developing enterprise-level Pega applications, aligned with business needs
- Supporting with the architecture definition and alignment with best development practices
- Participate in technical and business meetings to gather requirements
- Perform tests, validations and adjustments in the developed applications
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Scrum, DevOps, QA).
- Ensure the scalability, performance and security of the solutions
- Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead
