We are looking for a Senior Professional, Transactional Pre-Deal Control to join our EY-Parthenon group. The role involves analyzing financial and strategic aspects of transactions to ensure success, collaborating with clients at all stages of the transaction, and developing financial analyses.

Requirements

• Participate in pre-deal control mandates as part of acquisitions or divestitures
• Analyze financial or operating results of targets
• Prepare and evaluate pro forma financial information
• Identify and quantify PCGR-related issues
• Communicate requests, status, results, and observations to the mission team, client, and target
