Job Description
EY is seeking a Senior Consultant with solid experience in HR process transformation projects, support for Core HR functions, and implementation of SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The role will involve working closely with the HR and IT teams to define target HR operational models, digitalize HR processes, and configure SAP solutions.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of SAP HCM modules: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management; knowledge of the Payroll module considered a plus;
- Experience on SAP SuccessFactors considered a distinctive advantage;
- Proven experience in HR Transformation initiatives, process redesign and digital HR;
- Preferably experience in migration and conversion projects from ECC HCM to HCM on S/4HANA;
- Ability to interact with business and IT stakeholders;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
