Requirements

• Relevant Degree or Qualification in Business/Commerce, HR, HR Technology, or Information Systems
• Experience working with different HR/Payroll systems and HR processes
• Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
• Completion of a minimum 3 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations
• Understanding of the design requirements for the Holidays Act for New Zealand Payroll
