Job Description
EY is seeking a Lead SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll Consultant to join their HR Transformation team in New Zealand. This role focuses on leading and implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions for clients, partnering to understand their operational needs and deliver innovative HR and Payroll transformations. The position requires a strong understanding of NZ payroll legislation and a desire to leverage data migration and project management skills.
Requirements
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (EC) modules in New Zealand.
- Create innovative insights for clients and adapt to project needs.
- Use expertise to manage and deliver HR Transformation projects across various sectors.
- Utilize successFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll at a minimum.
- Design the Holidays Act for New Zealand Payroll
- Experience with successful project management and stakeholder engagement
- Compliance with data privacy and security regulations
