Job Description
Join our dynamic HR Transformation team in New Zealand, where we are dedicated to helping organisations transform their HR & People functions through innovative technology solutions. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Payroll Consultant with deep New Zealand payroll expertise and strong handsâon delivery experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Requirements
- Deliver endâtoâend New Zealand payroll implementations in SAP SuccessFactors ECP, including handsâon configuration, goâlive, and hypercare support.
- Lead payroll functional design, translating business and legislative requirements into compliant system configuration and payroll processing logic.
- Act as the SME for New Zealand payroll compliance, covering PAYE and IRD payday filing, KiwiSaver, leave and entitlements, terminations, and offâcycle payrolls.
- Lead payroll testing, cutover, and goâlive activities, including SIT, parallel runs, UAT, data validation, and reconciliation.
- Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, and technical teams to support delivery, EC to ECP integration, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
