Requirements
- A Diploma in Finance/Economics/Business
- 2+ years experience in an analytical position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Latvian and English
- Advanced at using MS Office
- Analytical mindset and a structured problem-solving approach
- A high level of interpersonal skills for communication and collaboration
- Proven ability to lead, provide feedback, and promote growth among junior team members
- Resilience and dedication to excel professionally, with a resourceful and innovative mindset
