Senior Consultant Lending Transformation - Financial Services

As a Senior Consultant Lending Transformation, you will drive change, transformation and innovation across lending operations for our clients.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., applied economics, finance, commercial engineering, mathematics) or equivalent through experience.
• Proven track record, either in lending operations, including roles such as Loan Officer, Credit Analyst, or Underwriter or as a Consultant in lending transformation projects (2-4 years of professional expertise).
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance, and risk management in lending.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex lending concepts into practical and pragmatic solutions.
• Client Management: Outstanding client stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships through solid communication and presentation skills; ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in either or both Dutch and French, complemented by a profound knowledge of business English.
• Team Spirit: Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy.
