(Senior) Consultant - Technology Consulting - AI & Data (80-100%)

Join EY and help to build a better working world by joining the Technology Consulting team in Zurich, where you will work on AI-driven solutions for Swiss Financial Services clients and contribute to business development activities.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in data science, computer science, mathematics, natural sciences, or engineering
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in banking, insurance or asset management
• Interest and experience in AI domains such as Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Machine Learning
• Familiarity with programming paradigms such as object-oriented and functional programming, as well as data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices
• Proficiency in scripting / programming languages such as Python, PySpark, SQL, C#, Java or similar
• Hands-on experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Palantir Foundry, Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric
• Familiarity with the Microsoft technology stack, especially Azure services for data and AI
• Flexible and proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to perform in collaborative, cross-functional team environments
• Full professional proficiency in English and German or French; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally abroad
