Job Description
As a Senior Employer Branding Specialist at EY, you will be responsible for implementing the employer branding strategy in the Netherlands, managing the werkenbij-platform, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners. You will have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally within a company that values integrity, inclusivity, and respect.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience within Employer Branding in a tactical role
- Knowledge of setting up a strategy within a political-administrative and corporate environment
- Completed HBO or WO degree in the direction of Communication, (Digital) Marketing, Business Administration, HR, or comparable
- Experience with setting up and running your own projects
- Experience with work-by websites
- Experience with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience with collaboration and stakeholder management
