Job Description
As a Senior Manager in EY's Business Consulting team, you will work with clients to reimagine or transform their business purpose and model, and create growth, manage cost and efficiency, respond to market pressures and regulation, and resolve operational challenges.
Requirements
- Minimum 13 years of overall experience in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) of Skill Development programmes
- Hands-on experience in Training Partner performance monitoring, training outcome evaluation, and quality assessment of training infrastructure
- Strong exposure to implementation and monitoring of large-scale skill development initiatives
- Experience in inter-departmental coordination and stakeholder engagement
- Proven capability in designing selection criteria for Training Providers, developing SOPs, and preparing analytical reports and dashboards
