Job Description
The Senior Manager SAP SuccessFactors & HCM will advise clients on HR technology topics and innovative HR solutions, and lead projects and teams in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Munich, or Nuremberg.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a university degree or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in consulting and project implementation with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM
- Fundamental knowledge of project management and team leadership
- Empathetic personality with clear goals and entrepreneurial thinking
- Very good communication skills in German and English
