Requirements
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA, PMP and CMC) and / or advanced graduate degree in business, e.g., MBA, or related programs such as Master’s in Finance / Accounting
- 8-10+ years of experience in professional services or related fields, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing complex transactions
- Proven track record of managing projects, particularly in diligence / integration / divestiture space
- Excellent communication skills to clients at all organization levels, including executive, VP, director, and operational management
