Job Description
The UK Financial Services Transaction Diligence team at EY currently has exciting opportunities for a Senior Manager to work with a high-performing, integrated team on a variety of high profile IPOs and transactions.
Requirements
- Business Development experience
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
- Strong commercial experience or transaction experience (including financial due diligence experience)
- Financial services experience as developed working with / for companies across the Insurance, Banking & Capital Markets and Asset Management sectors
- Passion to provide high quality service to your clients
