Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- 1 to 6 years of professional experience in consulting and/or the banking/insurance sector
- Experience in supporting IT transformation or involvement in implementation of banking or insurance solutions
- Understanding of the Software Delivery Lifecycle, as well as experience with working in Agile teams
- Use of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Jira or Azure DevOps and other relevant planning and backlog management software programs
- Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Outstanding client stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships through solid communication and presentation skills
- Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy; ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams both technical and business
- Fluent in either or both Dutch and French, complemented with a profound knowledge of business English
