Senior ServiceNow Developer role involves supporting end-to-end implementations of the Now Platform for global clients, analyzing requirements, advising stakeholders, and designing scalable solutions. The role is part of the global structure of EY as a Global Elite partner of ServiceNow.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation projects
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, C#, Java)
- Solid understanding of ITSM and GRC processes and best practices
- Experience designing and delivering technical solutions, including configuration, custom development, integrations, testing, and documentation
- Ability to work with stakeholders, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals
