Job description
We are seeking a Senior UiPath Developer with approximately 5-8 years of experience who will independently develop, manage, and lead automation solutions using UiPath. The ideal candidate will take ownership of automation workflows, lead automation projects, and mentor junior developers.
Lead end-to-end automation development using UiPath Modern UI, ReFramework, and modern design principles for both attended and unattended automation requirements. Independently develop and manage unattended automation workflows, troubleshoot automation issues, and optimize performance.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills for direct client engagement, leadership qualities, and the ability to own and drive workstreams. They will also be collaborative and receptive to feedback, with flexibility to work in shifts.
