Senior, UiPath Developer

Senior UIPath Developer job description: design and implement software robotics and process automation, lead a development team, and work collaboratively across business and IT organizations. Requirements include 6+ years of Robotic Process Automation experience, programming languages C#, Java, C++, and experience with major Operating System. Preference for UiPath IDP and IXP experience and cloud solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/computer engineering or related
• Minimum 6+ years into Robotic Process Automation.
• Experience in programming languages C#, Java, C++ as well as mainframe/legacy applications
• Knowledge with major Operating System.
• Excellent design, coding, testing and debugging skills
• Experience in designing and implementing complex projects
• Good oral/written communication and strong commitment to professional/service excellence
• Minimum 4+ years UiPath or equivalent relevant RPA experience preferred
• Experience with UiPath IDP and IXP (Document Understanding / Communication Mining)
• Preferred experience with Ui Path cloud solutions, UiPath tools (Studio, Orchestrator), ensuring best practices, mentoring juniors, managing projects (Agile/Scrum), troubleshooting, and collaborating with stakeholders for scalable, efficient complex automations
• Mandatory strong focus on REFramework, API/SQL integration, and performance optimization.
