Requirements
- CMDB Functional Understanding with good IT Infrastructure understanding.
- CMDB CSDM Understanding and able to lead conversations with business and application owners to ensure the CMDB is complete.
- CMDB Management in ServiceNow Platform and Hand-on experience
- Defining and enabling processes for ensuring CMDB is complete, accurate and current.
- Data analysis of the existing CMDB and ensure analysis to be done to enable complete, accurate and current data.
- ServiceNow Scripting and development experience.
- ServiceNow Discovery Setup and configuration
- Debugging Discovery issues
