Strategy Analyst Consultant EY-Parthenon Strategy and Execution

We are seeking exceptional candidates to join our Warsaw office as Analysts and Consultants to deliver projects in Corporate & Growth Strategy and Transaction Strategy & Execution. As a Strategy Analyst/Consultant, you will work closely with clients to co-create strategic insights and solutions, applying structured problem solving and critical thinking to diverse client challenges.

Requirements

• Delivering high-quality analytical work, applying structured problem solving and critical thinking to diverse client challenges
• Working closely with clients to co-create strategic insights and solutions, building ownership and ensuring recommendations reflect both analytical rigor and practical realities
• Contributing to business development through thought leadership, proposal preparation and intellectual property creation
• Being an active member of a collaborative, supportive team, learning from senior colleagues and contributing to an environment where rapid development is the norm
