You'll assist with transformations in areas including designing procurement operating models, Procure to Pay (P2P) processes, and supplier relationship management. You'll also lead engagement teams on Procure to Pay transformations and manage staff on multiple projects.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience.
- Must have 3 years of experience providing advisory and/or consulting services to third party clients in procurement operating model design and procurement organizational model design.
- Must have 3 years of experience in one of the following: designing new procurement operating or organizational models; implementing eProcurement technology (with catalogs, requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, invoice, and settlement processes).
- Must have 3 years of advisory and/or consulting experience for clients in one or a combination of any of the following sectors: Consumer Products, Automotive, Life Sciences, Industrial Products, Financial Services, and/or Technology.
- Must have 2 years of experience in Strategic sourcing, procurement operating model design, category management and strategic sourcing, and eProcurement process and technology implementation (such as Ariba, Coupa, or SAP SRM).
- Must have 4 years of experience using Excel, Macros, and Pivot Tables.
- Must have 3 years of experience managing staff on multiple projects and providing direction to team members.
