Talent Product Consultant - Service Delivery. Manage end-to-end delivery of Talent process, technology, and service improvements. Lead SMR teams across Talent and EY Technology. Design globally consistent solutions that respect regional differences.

Requirements

• Manage end‐to‐end delivery of Talent process, technology, and service improvements
• Oversee daily project management: scope, requirements, timelines, risks, and resources
• Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Plan and approve testing cycles (SIT, UAT, SRT) across Regions and Functions
• Define and monitor KPIs to track progress and adoption
• Partner with Talent Delivery Strategic Consultants, Product Owners and Analysts to ensure a seamless end‐to‐end delivery journey
• Ensure process compliance with ISQM and embed required controls
• Lead SMR teams across Talent and EY Technology
• Use data insights, process mining and employee listening to identify improvement opportunities
• Support business case development and governance submissions for investment or change requests
• Design globally consistent solutions that respect regional differences
• Prioritize competing stakeholder requests using a logical, transparent approach
• Identify risks and propose ISQM‐compliant mitigation strategies
• Recommend automation and efficiency improvements
• Reduce duplication across Talent processes, tools, and frameworks
• Supervise internal and external project teams and vendors
• Ensure work aligns with Global Talent standards and expected quality levels
• Work closely with the Talent Product Owner, Talent Solutions teams, EY Tech Consulting and Enterprise Technology
