Job Description
Join EY's Tax Technology and Transformation team to work on high-profile projects with renowned clients and contribute to groundbreaking technological developments. As a Manager, you will lead and coordinate projects, develop agile tax operating models, and optimize tax processes to enhance business outcomes.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in Canadian corporate tax
- Proven experience in optimizing tax processes and implementing tax solutions
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops assessing tax processes and systems
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on motivating and developing team members
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant experience with tax software, tax data and reporting, content and workflow management tools, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
