As a Senior Associate, you will lead/participate in requirements gathering workshops, recommend viable solutions for clients, and work on cross-border and sector projects with a high-performing team.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of end-to-end implementation experience in SAP Sales Cloud or SAP Service Cloud with S/4HANA integration.
- Hands on experience in configuration and the ability to relate business requirements for front office transformation to technical requirements is key.
- Strong understanding of activities required for each implementation cycle.
- Good appreciation of industry practices, business processes in multiple industries.
- A good understanding of the overall capabilities of the SAP CX suite and how each component complements each other is required.
- Knowledge in any of the following is a plus: Qualtrics (EX or CX), Emarsys, Customer Data Cloud.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
