Requirements

• Guidewire PolicyCenter Support and Maintenance
• Designing, building, supporting, and performing defect fixes
• Performing Root Cause Analysis and provide fixes
• Enhancements and code changes
• Flexible to work in shifts (Rotational Shift – India Shift, US Shift) and On Call Support on a roster-ed rotational basis
• Proactive monitoring
• Manages the Guidewire PC Configuration & Integration
• Designs, modifies and implements Guidewire product suite
