Job Description
Join EY and help to build a better working world as a Senior Guidewire PolicyCenter Support Engineer. Develop, implement, and support solutions within the Guidewire Policy Centre module, and participate in maintenance and support activities to resolve production issues.
Requirements
- Guidewire PolicyCenter Support and Maintenance
- Designing, building, supporting, and performing defect fixes
- Performing Root Cause Analysis and provide fixes
- Enhancements and code changes
- Flexible to work in shifts (Rotational Shift – India Shift, US Shift) and On Call Support on a roster-ed rotational basis
- Proactive monitoring
- Manages the Guidewire PC Configuration & Integration
- Designs, modifies and implements Guidewire product suite
