As a Senior Tax Staff, you will be a part of our Transfer Pricing team and broadly as part of our International Tax & Transactions Services group. You will work alongside a team of dedicated transfer pricing economists and tax professionals to provide a fully integrated approach to transfer pricing, which includes preparing annual documentation, defending transfer pricing results in tax audits, designing transfer pricing policies, and advising multinational enterprises on how to streamline and automate their transfer pricing processes.
Requirements
- Demonstrating a good understanding of economic, finance, and accounting principles and effectively applying such knowledge to client engagements, including the preparation of documentation, advanced pricing submissions, audit defence materials, and planning documents
- Delivering quality services and work products in a timely and responsive manner, including thoroughly and accurately analyzing factual and financial information to generate insights and arriving at logical conclusions
- Assisting with and overseeing the preparation of high quality, practical approaches to clients’ situations
- Presenting the results of your work to small groups of colleagues or client personnel
- Performing and reviewing industry, company and other research as needed
- Participating in and contributing to achieving team goals
- Delegating and overseeing work performed by onshore and offshore junior team members
- The ability to thrive within a fast-paced, professional services environment requiring multi-tasking and frequent collaboration with colleagues and clients
- The capacity to quickly understand fast-moving situations
- The ability to coach and guide to junior team members as well as effectively manage projects
