Job Description
We are seeking ambitious professionals who can demonstrate experience of significant business transformation to work across multiple sectors and specifically those with a strong background in Finance transformation and technology. As a Senior Manager for our Finance Transformation services, you will be required to develop and maintain long-term client relationships and lead delivery of client engagements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8-10 years' relevant experience in Finance Transformation and technology
- Strong academic record including a third-level degree in a Finance, Business or Project Management related area
- MBA, ACCA/ACA/CIMA and/or PMP/Prince2 qualification
- Experience delivering business change in one or more of the following areas: Shared Services and Outsourcing programmes, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations, Programme/project management for large scale business transformation, Finance process improvement and automation in a Finance settings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A strong work ethic
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage a team of junior consulting professionals
