Requirements
- Proven experience in large-scale HR transformation programmes and technology implementation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and statistical modelling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A degree in a relevant field and relevant professional experience
- Familiarity with HR technology solutions and an understanding of HR strategy and governance, with a focus on AI-driven innovations
