Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and experienced ERP Lead specializing in Oracle Fusion ERP to own the development, growth, and commercial success of the Fusion ERP capability within the Oracle Fusion Centre of Excellence.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP, with at least 3–4 years of experience in Fusion Cloud delivery
- Demonstrated commercial skills, including proposal leadership, scope shaping, and solution design, with a strong track record of successful engagements
- Third level degree preferably in Finance or a Business-related discipline
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot integration issues and optimize processes
- Innovative and agile, with a purpose-driven mindset
- Inclusive and able to work effectively in diverse teams
- Passionate about technology and eager to learn and grow
