Join EY GDS Poland as UX/UI Design Lead with German and be part of a global team of digital strategists, gain international experience, and work with global experts for leading market players, multinationals, and innovators. Co-design and deliver brands, products and services that create value and differentiation for customers, employees and for businesses.
Requirements
- Proficiency in design thinking methodologies and user-centered design principles.
- Ability to employ latest Agile & Lean UX methods and work with Business, Project & Development, BA teams to create and deliver Design, UI & UX offerings.
- Understanding the limitations of client/ internal tech stacks, ecosystems or business model and provide design advice where necessary.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design work.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing design projects.
