Job Description
EY is looking for a Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager- People Advisory Services with primary competency in Workday capability to deliver global Workday implementation and HR Transformation engagements as part of a distributed team.
Requirements
- Post graduate degree or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources specifically for Workday Implementation (India or abroad)
- Workday Certification (single or multiple modules)
- 5-8 years of experience in HR consulting domain with master’s degree in HR or full time MBA and work experience / exposure to HR transformation programs as part of a global distributed team.
