The Department is responsible for providing advisory services to government ministries and other public bodies, aiming to promote government efficiency and improve services to the public and businesses in Israel.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Organizational Consultation / Development and Organizational Behavior
• 3 years of experience in Organizational Consultation
• High learning abilities and self-learning capacity
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and high service awareness
• Presentation and message transfer skills in writing and orally to decision-makers and senior officials
• Full control of Office applications
• Experience working with the public sector
• Experience working in a consulting company
