Research Associate / Senior Research Associate, Development Chemistry

The Research Associate / Senior Research Associate, Development Chemistry will conduct laboratory-based activities to support Eyconis' expanding pipeline of pre-clinical programs, engaging in discovery and development chemistry initiatives. This position offers significant opportunities for scientific growth and the acquisition of diverse chemistry knowledge, all while contributing to the advancement of innovative, complex, and impactful drugs for patients.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in chemistry/biochemistry or related field with 0-3 yrs experience or bachelor’s degree in chemistry/biochemistry or related field with 2-5 yrs experience
• Hands-on experience and knowledge of protein purification and characterization
• Experience in analytical methods for protein characterization, ideally antibody related modalities
• Experience working in a chemistry/biochemistry lab with a broad class of organic and bioorganic transformations preferred
• Ability to summarize complex data sets and draw appropriate conclusions
• Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, and attention to details
• Is curious, observant, detail oriented, and practices good record keeping
