Job Description
EyeCare Partners is a leading provider of clinically integrated eye care. We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and 1 year of related experience and/or training. The position involves paid local travel and full benefits, including medical, vision, dental, and life insurance, 401k, paid time off, paid holidays, paid maternity leave, and optical education reimbursement.
Requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Answer phones and manage patient flow
- Collect payments and complete daily reconciliations
- Perform general office duties and cleaning
- Travel to multiple work locations with minimal notice
