Requirements
- Direct and execute the overall sales and profitability of an individual office location
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship with doctor/doctors associated with office location
- Manage human resources, including recruitment, selection, training, and development of team members
- Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations for the office team
- Maintain facility to corporate standards, including safety rules and regulations
- Monitor and enforce Company cash handling policies and procedures
- Execute day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling, report generation, and inventory management
