Patient Coordinator

We are seeking a Patient Coordinator to assist with day-to-day operations, provide exceptional customer service, and manage patient flow in the office.

Requirements

• Provide exceptional customer service during every patient encounter
• Answer phones and manage patient flow in the office
• Collect correct payments and complete daily reconciliations
• Assist in supervising Patient Services professionals and coordinating employee schedules
• Collaborate with the Patient Services Manager to conduct performance evaluations
