Deliver excellent patient-centered care by ensuring the financial and surgical communication process is complete for patients having surgical procedures. Schedule surgery, perform pre-surgery patient education, and communicate with associated facilities.

Requirements

• Schedule surgery and perform pre-surgery patient education
• Coordinate pre-op appointments with patients and/or their caregivers
• Check patient charts for insurance benefits and counsel patients regarding finances
• Follow up on and collect surgery payments
