Job Description
Eye Health America is seeking a Physician Relations Outreach Specialist to coordinate practice outreach activities and develop referral growth across various service lines. The ideal candidate will have experience in physician relations, healthcare outreach, or healthcare sales, with strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Requirements
- Experience in physician relations, healthcare outreach, referral coordination, or healthcare sales required
- Outside sales experience in the eye care field preferred
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and customer service skills
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Experience with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., NextGen) preferred
- Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to analyze referral data, identify trends, and act on insights
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel locally for account visits
