Insurance Operations Associate (m/f/d)

Join Eye Security as an Insurance Operations Associate to support daily operations and participate in a transformation project. You will work with experienced colleagues and gain hands-on exposure to policy administration, broker communication, and insurer reporting. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or completed dual study in insurance, business, finance, or a related field
• Up to 2–3 years of experience in commercial insurance — underwriting, policy administration, or insurance operations
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage tasks and ask for input on complex challenges
• Fluent in Dutch or German and in English (written and spoken)
• Detail-oriented and reliable, with a focus on data accuracy, deadlines, and quality of work
• Experience with insurance platforms (e.g. Insly, ANVA) is a plus
