The Senior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for a diverse and strategic customer portfolio, guiding them through onboarding and adoption, and ensuring they experience maximum impact from the company's cybersecurity solutions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a comparable customer-facing role
- Proven track record of stimulating satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Analytically strong, able to convert data into usable insights
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Customer-obsessed mentality
- Technically proficient; experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or a similar environment is a strong plus
- Understanding complex organizational structures and ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at an executive level
