An Optometric Technician assists an optometrist in providing a world-class patient experience by handling various duties and operating optical equipment.
Requirements
- Embrace and execute our Total Patient Experience to build relationships with all patients
- Comply with all company policies and procedures including HIPAA
- Practice urgency at all times placing value on a patient’s time
- Ability to interact with all levels of employees in a courteous, professional manner
- General office duties and cleaning to be assigned by manager
- Commitment to work hours that meet the needs of the business
- Previous medical office experience preferred; previous ophthalmic experience strongly preferred
- Minimum of 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Favorable result on background check as required by state
- Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States
