Job Description
As part of our continued growth, weâre looking for a Technical Support Engineer (TSE) to join our Professional Services team and support our MESâM product line. This is an excellent opportunity for earlyâcareer professionals who enjoy solving realâworld problems, learning how complex systems work, and supporting customers through technical challenges.
Requirements
- Support and maintain existing software and customer solutions
- Provide first and secondâline support to customers
- Debug and analyse issues across the application, database, and integration layers
- Develop, test, and deploy interfaces to third party systems
- Write and maintain code, scripts, or configuration updates
- Support project implementations from initial customer training through to post implementation support phase
