We're looking for a Senior Product Design Manager to lead design for our Supply domain, managing a team of product designers and partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders to define and deliver a clear vision for the partner experience across our marketplace.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product/UX design
- 3+ years of experience managing product designers
- Proven ability to lead product and design vision in partnership with Product and Engineering leaders
- Strong, well-rounded design foundation
- Demonstrated experience using research and data to inform design decisions
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Leadership style rooted in empathy, direct feedback, and a growth mindset
