Job Description
ezCater is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the transformation of their customer service tech stack, integrating with Salesforce Service Cloud and building a modern tech stack using AI-enabled tooling. The successful candidate will be a key driver in growing the engineering organization through mentorship and coaching, establishing technical standards, and contributing to a culture of inclusivity and transparency.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional development experience in backend technologies
- Experience building APIs using GraphQL and REST
- Success integrating with common customer service software and tools
- Experience designing backend systems for Salesforce integration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
