Solutions Lead - General Interest- EZRA

We're looking for a Solutions Lead to join our EZRA team. As a Solutions Lead, you will partner with clients to understand their talent priorities and design solutions that meet their needs. You will lead discovery workshops, design engagement strategies, and advise on measurement strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in a HR or Learning and Development consulting role, internal Learning and Development role, or Solutions Consulting role
• Experience leading consultations and engagement with senior level team members across a range of industries
• International experience is expected
