Job Description
Ezra Coach provides professional coaching services to customers, utilizing the LHH/Ezra methodology. The coach will work with leaders to identify and achieve performance goals or transition to new roles. The position reports to the Coach Network Manager and offers opportunities for professional development and growth within a supportive community.
Requirements
- Significant business and coaching experience in a corporate setting
- ICF certification or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 hours per week availability
- Suitable home office with adequate bandwidth
- Personal experience in management roles preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual is a plus
