Provide exceptional customer support, identify, monitor, and manage operational risks, and ensure compliance with KYC/AML regulations in the APAC market.
Requirements
- Customer Support Expertise
- Experience in AML, KYC, and KYB onboarding
- Strong understanding of transaction monitoring and fraud risk indicators
- Relevant certification of professional accreditation (Financial Crime, Money Laundering)
